Rooms
The Mill offers a range of rooms suitable for different events and activities from 2 or 3 people, up to a maximum of 120. Hire a single room for half a day, or the entire building for a number of days. Prices start from £100 for half a day. We do not charge VAT.All rooms are flexible in layout and furniture. Customers can book a set of rooms to ensure plenty of break-out space. With excellent free Wi-Fi throughout, rooms include; state of the art Poly X50 screens, with remote conferencing technology; flipcharts; paper & pens and fresh iced water throughout the day. If you need anything else, please just ask.

A flexible room and very popular choice for board meetings, AGMs and training.

1st Floor Conference Lounge - Half Capacity
Capacity up to 40 people.

The partition doors will be drawn across to separate the front and back side of the room. The half capacity space allows for smaller groups, whilst still maintaining the use of the screen and conferencing technology. An internal side door creates access to the Quiet Room, which can be booked additionally to create a separate breakout space. -
1st Floor Conference Lounge - Full Capacity
Capacity up to 80 people.
Full day £300 | Half day £220
Space combining Lounge and Meeting Room. This can be furnished with sofas or upright tables and chairs.

Quiet Room
Capacity up to 15 people.
Full day £145 | Half day £100
Relaxing setting for small groups. It can be furnished with low or upright chairs & tables. A portable projector & screen can be placed in this room. It is often used as an exam room.

1st Floor Suite
Capacity up to 120 people.

A combination of 3 rooms - Conference Lounge, Interview Room and Lecture Room. The Conference Lounge and Interview Room are often combined by withdrawing the dividing doors. These rooms are often booked together to give plenty of break-out space.

Flexible layout with garden access and suitable for a wide range of creative activities. Activity tables available. It is also a popular choice for smaller training sessions and meetings.

Refectory
Capacity up to 48 people.
Full day price upon request | Half day price upon request
This is where we serve most of the meals and refreshments, although room service is available too. It has a sociable atmosphere and there are plenty of original features from its time as a Manx woollen mill.
