Established in 2002, Portfolio is an award-winning provider of coaching and coach training. Led by Managing Consultant, Jane Harders, the Portfolio coaching team are passionate about coaching for individuals, within teams - and developing everyday coaching “muscle” for leaders to enhance individual, team and organizational performance through “coaching as a leadership style”.

Portfolio specialises in the provision of executive coaching, coaching supervision and coach development through the delivery of ILM qualifications and bespoke coaching workshops/ Zoom sessions in the UK, IoM, Europe and Middle East.
